Hi, I’m Sela! I’m a caring, reliable, and energetic babysitter who loves working with kids and supporting families. My experiences have given me the chance to care for children of all ages, from infants to teens, and I bring patience, warmth, and creativity to every family I work with.

My Experience

  • Frictionless Inc. Intern: I worked with a real startup, supporting brand building and community outreach. This experience sharpened my communication skills, work ethic, and ability to take initiative.

  • Nashville Rescue Mission Volunteer: I tutored students through an after-school program and served families in need, which deepened my patience, empathy, and ability to connect with kids from all backgrounds.

  • Young Life Leader: I facilitated small group discussions and helped younger peers grow in confidence and community, which is exactly the kind of encouraging energy I bring to babysitting.

  • Varsity Softball: Competing at the varsity level as a freshman taught me discipline, teamwork, and how to stay calm under pressure.

As a dedicated babysitter, I bring both responsibility and genuine care to every family I work with. Currently a freshman at Hyde Park High School with an Honor Roll record, I'm building toward a future in business while gaining real-world experience that makes me a more attentive, capable caregiver.

My background has shaped me into a grounded and empathetic person. Through volunteer work at the Nashville Rescue Mission, I helped students in a day school program and served families facing hardship, experiences that taught me patience, adaptability, and how to connect with kids who need a steady, encouraging presence.

I'm actively developing my Spanish fluency and love weaving language into everyday activities, making it a natural and fun part of the day for bilingual families or kids curious about learning something new.
